Wedding guestbook covered in silk moiré, with a thin silk ribbon and one of the wedding invitations on the cover. At the wedding, guests filled out a “Recipe for a happy marriage” cards. The book was then created to accommodate the final number of cards.

The latest endeavor is this journal made of scrap canvas that was too thin for anything else. I collected some flowers to paint from for the front and back covers. Just acrylic paint with bright pink gouache on the cover. Now I get to plan how to paint the pages!

Now for something completely different. I have plenty of stuff laying around that needs a facelift, and decided that these bags could use some dye and fabric. (more…)
