Wedding guestbook covered in silk moiré, with a thin silk ribbon and one of the wedding invitations on the cover. At the wedding, guests filled out a “Recipe for a happy marriage” cards. The book was then created to accommodate the final number of cards.

The latest endeavor is this journal made of scrap canvas that was too thin for anything else. I collected some flowers to paint from for the front and back covers. Just acrylic paint with bright pink gouache on the cover. Now I get to plan how to paint the pages!

Floral paper from Whimsy Press, letters from K&Company. Clear pages hold prints of sketchbook artwork mounted on black cardstock.

I created two soft fabric books based on flowers that bloom during different times of the day. All the flowers are painted with acrylic and fabric medium. The words are machine embroidered. And yes, I did start the night blooming flowers book…but I never got around to the painting part.
